The Gift Of Fire
This original collection of short tales tell of the ancient Greek gods and peoples – from the time of King Kaos to the creation of the world, Gaia; from the rule of the Titans, to their downfall. The Gift Of Fire explains the ascent of the Olympians – of Midas, Pygmalion, Bellephron and Orpheus – and explores the lives of the greatest of Ancient Greek heroes: Perseus, Theseus, Odysseus, and the mighty Achilles. [Currently unpublished].
Prometheus felt great pity for the people. And so while the gods slept, he crept into the great hall at Olympus and removed a burning log from the fireplace. He then passed this on to the people so that they were able to keep warm.
